Rich Dad Poor Dad

I read this book by Robert Kiyosaki called Rich Dad Poor Dad. I really enjoyed reading the book and it did indeed open some doors. This book is about Financial Freedom. It talks about what the rich do, that the poor do not. It explains the difference between assets and liabilities clearly. It gets your mind thinking the way it should be to be on the road to Financial Freedom. People with high paying jobs are not really in Financial Freedom. They may look like they are with the things they buy but it really depends on if they owe anything or paid cash for their things. It talks about how college isn't everything and that a person that didn't do to well in school may succeed and become rich without even having to be really that smart. It talks about ways to handle your money to get into Financial Freedom. It guides you in a way that you would of never thought was possible. Rich dad thinks in very different ways then poor dad does. Poor dad wants Robert to go to college and get a good paying job, Rich dad on the other hand wants Robert to go to college and then open a corporation and to start acquiring assets. They may be very well different but they both help Robert in ways that are unimaginable. They give him and his wife the strength to keep moving on until they succeed. Rich dad tells Robert that when you make a mistake, you learn from it. Poor dad is afraid of making mistakes. It is a really good book and I recommend reading it. The I recommend reading the Cashflow quadrant also. They both are great books!

That really is a great book, more people need to read it.

What I really enjoyed as you have also said is the mindset that Kiyosaki talks about - the rich think different than the poor do.
