Want to lose a few pounds?

I am currently trying to lose some weight. I am not on anybodies diet but my own. What you want to do is try to cut them number of calories you take in. You want to keep track of all the calories so you know how much your taking in. Make sure you start off your day good with eating a healthy breakfast. Make out a list of your meals so you don't decide to go hog wild and eat like a horse. Also make sure you go shopping when your not hungry so you don't buy junk food. You also want to watch your portion sizes so you don't eat to much in one sitting. You can put something in a small bowl or buy packages of 100 calories when you snack. Also don't drink soda or anything with high sugar and don't eat a bunch of junk food. You can have snacks, just make sure they are healthy and it is a small portion. Make sure you get enough fiber and water. Now don't expect to lose a lot of weight if you don't exercise. Make sure you exercise and that will help you lose weight faster. The more you exercise the more faster you should lose weight. Make sure you rest enough also, get your 8 hours of sleep and rest between exercising during the week and take some days off. Make sure you watch what you eat and exercise. That's what you need to do!
