Many people do not like to eat Broccoli. I used to be one of them. Then one day I just started to eat it more and more and now I enjoy eating Broccoli. A bunch of veggies with Broccoli and cheese is very good.
Broccoli actually is actually one of the major anti-cancer foods. People who eat broccoli have fewer cancers. Broccoli contains twice as much vitamin C as an orange. It helps reduces the risk of heart disease. It contains 2g of protein.
Don't Cook it to much, this will kill some of the anti-oxidants that Broccoli has and the anti-oxidants are good for you. Broccoli contains a good amount of calcium, this will help prevent osteoporosis. It also helps to regulate insulin and blood sugar.
I enjoy eating it and I'm sure if you start to eat it more and more you will enjoy it to. You will not only enjoy eating it but you will enjoy the health benefits that comes with eating it also.
