Healthy Breakfast

A healthy breakfast is important because it provides you with then energy you need throughout the day. When you wake up, you should eat something for breakfast within an hour of waking up. It's important because you break the fasting cycle from not having any food while you sleep.

Eating breakfast has a lot of health benefits that you can take advantage of. It is easier to control weight when you eat breakfast, people who eat breakfast tend not to be over weight. Concentration through out the day is improved from not eating breakfast. The body receives more nutrients just by eating breakfast. More strength and endurance for physical activity through out the day. It also will lower your cholesterol level.

A healthy breakfast includes some protein and some fiber. It should be between 300-400 calories, it is different for every person. Eggs are a good source of protein. Protein is also found in low fat meat, beans, and dairy. Fiber is found in whole grains, vegetables and fruits.

Remember, a healthy breakfast every morning will not only give you the energy need for the day but will also make you feel better. Take ten minutes and eat breakfast.
