So I am back to 182.8. I tried that muscle milk this morning and it was not bad. I went a bought a 4 pack of it after work. I had a salad with a little chicken in it for lunch and that was mighty tasty. I raked some leaves when I got home and then I went to my parents house for supper. We had pork chops with rice, rolls and strawberry jelly. I made sure I took smaller portions of course. Last night I had some ham with a bunch of veggies mixed together. I am trying very hard to stay away from beverages with sugar especially in them. I will have milk once in a while. I had to pick some milk up today and I decided to get skim milk because that's what my wife's grandma had and it was not bad at all and it's good for you. I am trying hard to hit my mark. Here is a list of foods in low calories.
