Spyware and Viruses suck, Heres where you get some tools!

There are free spy ware removal software out there and free anti virus.
Here's a list:

You can obtain spybot search and destroy for free at http://www.spybot.com . There is a products box on the right side and the first one in the list is spybot search and destory, click on it. Scroll down that page to the download part and hit the download button.

Ad-aware is another spyware remover I use and you can get this at http://www.lavasoft.com/ . On the right side you want to click download Ad-aware Free for the free version.

I use AVG antivirus and that is also free. You can get this at http://free.avg.com/ . Click the get it now button under the Free basic Protection.

These Programs work good for me. You can buy ones you have to pay for if you want but the free ones work good enough for me. Just make sure you run the programs once a week if you want to keep spyware off your sysem. I hope this helps anyone that needs it!
