I quit drinking soda on July 3rd, 2008. I still haven't had one since that time. It seems like I feel better then I did when I was drinking soda. I used to drink like 3 or 4 cans a day. My stomach would get upset very easy and now that I quit I don't have that problems, boy I sure don't miss that! I have more energy then I did when I drank soda. My body was so used to using the soda to wake up rather then doing it naturally. I try to drink water but sometimes I like to have juice. It is good for you, gives you your fruits and vegetables. I just try not to drink to much juice. I have been drinking chocolate milk also. I thought quitting soda would be hard but one day I just decided to have soda no more and that was it. It rots your teeth and everything else. I try to stay away from caffeine as much as I can also. I feel a lot healthier then I ever have before. I would just drink soda after soda and then I wouldn't feel to good. Water tastes even better now then it did before. I drink water at work and then when I get home from a hard days work, I have juice or something. Some people may have to seek help to quit soda.
