Sometimes it seems like we are tired all the time. We don't understand why this is so you keep asking yourself, Why am I so tired?. It could be from drinking to much soda or energy drinks, these drinks will make you crash after awhile and will make you feel more tired. If you have to much of these drinks, the body forgets how to wake up on its own and uses all the sugars and caffeine from the soda and energy drinks. Try not to drink so much soda or energy drinks and see if you feel better. Another thing that can cause this is stressed. If your really stressed out about something, this will make you tired. Try to relieve your stress in anyway you can. You may need to try a Stress Relief Program to give you help with relieving stress. Another thing that can cause you to be tired is lack of exercise. Even if it is only 10 minutes a day it should make a difference. Switch it up a little bit, do something one day and do something different another day for you exercises. Exercising releases endorphins which make you happier. This gives you a good sense of feel about yourself. This will relieve stress and it will make you feel less tired. If you don't exercise, then you will feel tired all the time but if you do, then you won't feel tired like you have been feeling.
In another words, it is not just you that feels tired all the time. They're a lot of people feeling the same way. By doing these few simple techniques, should make you feel refreshed in no time and full of energy.
