One thing I hate is a stomach ache. Stomachs just plain suck and it is a very uncomfortable feeling. We wish stomach aches would just go away but sometimes they stay around for awhile. This can upset your day and conflict with the things we need to do. Especially if you have to do something active, this can be a major problem.
Stomach Ache Remedies
The one that I usually use is I take a peppermint candy and put it in my mouth. This little remedy sure does the trick and works pretty quick. Sometimes it might just be that you have to go to the bathroom. Try going to the bathroom and see what happens.
Eating something with real ginger in it can also help cure stomach aches. Try drinking some ice water, this can aid in stomach relief. Sometimes all you may need to do is relax and it may go away. Also by just forgetting about it, this may cause it to go away.
Try to keep track of what you eat. Note when you eat something and when the stomach ache occurs. By doing this, you may be able to track down the cause of a stomach ache in which then you can limit yourself to that certain food.
If you can prevent it, then you won't have to go through the hassle of trying to get rid of a stomach ache. You can also use pepto bismo for stomach relief. Try the peppermint trick, and if it does not work for you, then get some over the counter medication. The most important thing is to get you the relief that you need!
