Cooking Hard Boiled Eggs

Here is what I do to cook hard boiled eggs.

First, I put water into a pan, you want about 2 inches of water above the eggs.
Then I turn the burner to high to get it to boil faster.
When it starts to boil, I turn the burner down to achieve a slow boil.
I put the eggs in and set the timer for about 12 minutes.
After the time is up, I take a bowl of cold water and set the eggs in there for maybe 30 seconds.
I take the eggs out of the bowl and then I begin the peeling process.

Peel the eggs however you want but I found this way kind of cool. Hit one end of the egg on the table and put a small hole in the shell, do this to the other side as well. Blow in one of the holes, the boiled egg should come out of the shell. I recommend doing this if you are making the eggs for you but if for other people then just peel them regularly.

Eggs, are a good source of protein for a low cost. They have a lot of good sources of nutrients including, selenium, iodine, vitamin B2, protein, molybdenum, phosphorous, vitamin B5, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. You are also able to use eggs as a part of losing weight. Make sure you just don't eat eggs though, this is unhealthy, you need to eat other things along with eggs. One egg is about 78 calories.

Sometimes you just get sick of fried eggs all the time, so try a hard boiled egg or maybe even make it into a deviled egg!

Fast, Simple and Easy breakfast!
