Diabetes Symptoms

Diabetes is when your body isn't able to make enough insulin or isn't able to use insulin properly. Insulin helps transition the glucose in your blood into your body cells. This gives you the energy you need for everyday life.

A few Diabetes symptoms are:

*Frequent urination

*Unquenchable thirst

*Weakness or fatigue

*Tingling or numbness in your hands, legs and feet

If you have some of these symptoms, you may want to see a doctor just to be on the safe side.

Diabetes can be treated with medication or injecting insulin into your body. You will also need to improve your diet and exercise. Diabetes can be harmful if it is untreated.

This involves checking your blood sugar level everyday, taking proper medication, dieting and exercise.
