It is important to choose good foods for you. You are in need of good nutrition to achieve your six pack. Taking in junk foods with high calories are just going to add more fat around that six pack putting you farther away from the goal.

*Exercising
Exercising is a great way of burning up calories. Remember when you exercise, you want to watch your diet also otherwise it will take a very long time to get that six pack. Whether it's walking or running or any other aerobic exercise, these are great ways to burn that muscle by your six pack.

*Watch what you drink
You should try to drink water when possible because it's the best for you. Plus it contain 0 calories and won't add to your belly fat. The water will also help burn that fat, cool huh?

*Downsize your evening meals
Don't eat a big meal in the evening because it will sit in your stomach all night and will put on more belly fat. Instead, eat a bigger meal earlier and it should be used for energy throughout the day.

*Intake more protein
Protein is the building blocks of our body and builds more muscle. Intake more protein.

*Keep at it
It's going to seem hard at times but you must keep going. It will get easier as you go.
