The body is able to absorb a lot more vitamins and minerals this way because you are eliminating a digestive process. Juicing is pretty easy, all you need is a juicer machine and some fresh fruits and vegetables. If your able to get the fruits and vegetables organic that's better, if not that's fine. If you have the money to spend, buy a juicer that can fit a whole apple in the chute. If you want to save money or you just don't want to spend to much you can get ones with smaller chutes. The smaller chutes are fine but you just have to cut the fruits and vegetables into pieces if they don't fit.
Fruits and vegetables provide a lot of nutrients when juiced. They are able to cleanse the body. Their are juice recipes out there just for cleansing different parts of the body. One recipe may cleanse the liver and a different recipe may cleanse your blood.
Juicing provides lots of benefits. You will lose weight if you drink more juice and eat less food. You can actually have the juice of fresh fruits and vegetables as a meal. You absorb 100% of the nutrients from the juice but when eating the same fruits and vegetables whole you only absorb like 1% because of the digestive process.
Just think, if you put these juices in your everyday diet, you could maybe live to be over 100. We are suppose to have fruits and vegetables, not foods loaded with sugars and fats. Juicing just speeds up the digestive process.
