Heres what I am doing for my diet
Here is a rundown of what I am doing for my diet of trying to lose some pounds. First I get up in the morning at about 4:30 am, I weight myself before I drink or eat anything. If I have to go to the bathroom then I do that duty and then weigh myself. What I have been eating before work is a piece of toast with smuckers blueberry jam on it. I eat this with a glass of milk or some juice. The bread has 50 calories a slice and the jam has 70 a slice. The milk has under 100 calories for an 8 oz glass and the juice has a little more then 100. I try to stay under 300 calories for breakfast. This is what I am doing right now and if I learn something new it could change. I acually didn't have toast for once this morning. I acually had 2 eggs with cheese in them and a glass of water. Then I go to work. We have a break at 9:30, I used to eat something for that break but now I have stopped. I just drink water for that break and go back to work. Lunch is at 11:30 and I just have a salad and some water. Today I didn't go to work because I had off but we are going to my wifes grandmas house so we have subway on the way. I had the chicken oven breast sub, just the 6 incher. I ordered a 12 incher but I am saving the other half for another time. Don't get me wrong, I can eat the whole 12 incher but I am on this diet so I just ate the 6 incher. Then the next time I eat is around 4 or 5. I eat whatever the wife makes but I try to portion it the best I can. I just take one plate and thats it. The plate isn't full either. Then I just don't eat anything until the next morning. I haven't even really been snacking at all but maybe sometime soon I will. I have been drinking mostly water and somethng else once or twice in the day. This is what I have been doing and it seems like its working. I'm not going to starve myself, don't get me wrong, I love to eat. I will try to eat smaller portions then I have in the past. The first day I weighed 190, I weighed myself the next morning and I was 187. Then the next morning I was 183 and then I weighed myself today and I was 182. I think I might of missed one in there. It seems like it is working. I only exercised yesterday so far. I want to try to exercise more then I do. I will keep doing this diet thing and hopefully I will get to my desired weight which is about 160. This is what I am doing and I hope it helps.

Hey Jamie, that's great that your dieting plan is working for you. It's definitely a good idea to add some exercise to your day though.
